### Data-driven production management — moving towards real-time visibility (April 2026)
NS Group is investing in data-driven production management across all of the group's companies. Production data, order tracking and accounting are brought together on a shared internal dashboard that updates in real time and is also available on mobile devices. At the same time, integrations with customer-provided interfaces have advanced significantly, moving the exchange of orders, forecasts and delivery data towards real-time electronic data transfer in both directions. Artificial intelligence supports an increasing number of assistive functions such as report analysis and surfacing observations from data. Development of the platform is continuous, with new indicators, views and integrations added together with the companies and customers as needs are identified.
